Your work profile
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Forcepoint DLP and CASB technologies (Palo Alto and/or Zscaler).
- Lead resolution of critical incidents and complex technical escalations.
- Design, implement, and optimize DLP and CASB policies aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of data protection incidents and cloud application security issues.
- Drive DLP policy lifecycle management, including deployment, tuning, maintenance, and optimization.
- Define data classification and protection strategies across enterprise and cloud environments.
- Support technology upgrades, migrations, and platform transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Security Architecture, SOC, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams on security improvement projects.
- Develop standards, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
- Lead problem management activities, including RCA preparation and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
- Review and oversee complex changes, upgrades, migrations, and policy deployments across security platforms.
- Own platform health, performance, and operational governance, including KPI/SLA tracking and service improvement initiatives.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers, develop operational standards, and collaborate with vendors, security teams, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Implement approved changes, policy updates activities following change management processes.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 security operations environment and provide support for critical business and security incidents.
Key Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP administration, architecture, and policy design.
- Experience with CASB platforms such as Palo Alto and/or Zscaler.
- Expertise in data protection, data classification, DLP policy tuning, and incident investigation.
- Experience integrating DLP/CASB solutions with SIEM, IAM, email, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud security and SaaS application governance.
- Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
- Professional is required to work from office.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
