Your work profile 

As Manager in our Cyber Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

Key Responsibilities:

An experienced Technical Lead to oversee and guide technical delivery across the technical scope around AI, Power BI, Web development, data engineering and analytics-based cloud solutions etc.

This role blends hands‑on technical understanding with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day delivery across AI, Power BI, and UI development teams.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical direction and execution plans.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

  • Review solution designs, dashboards, UI components, and data & AI workflows for quality and business alignments per stakeholders’ expectations.

  • Drive Agile development, project timelines, and delivery milestones.

  • Mentor team members and promote best practices across engineering & delivery areas.

 

Technical Scope

  • Oversee development of Automation & analytical solutions, Gen‑AI / Agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, and AI model deployments.

  • Guide Power BI dashboard creation, data modelling, DAX usage, and performance optimization.

  • Support React‑based UI development, user experience standards, and API integration.

  • Ensure alignment with cloud (preferably Azure), modern development tools, and coding standards.

 

Required Experience

  • 4–8 years of total experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

  • Background in one or more areas: Generative AI, Data Visualization, Web UI, Data Engineering and project/ delivery management

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms Azure/ GCP/ AWS, REST APIs, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.

    • Experience with Azure AI services, Agentic & Web developments, and RAG pipelines (nice to have).

    • Certifications in cloud, AI/ML, or project delivery (plus).
