Your work profile

• We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to design, configure, and integrate secure authentication solutions for customer-facing applications.
• Configure and implement CIAM solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate applications using modern authentication and federation standards.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and customer identity journeys.
• Support application onboarding, identity integrations, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot authentication and access issues.

Key skills required: 

• Hands-on experience with one or more CIAM platforms:
• 4+ Years of experience in IAM
• Ping Identity
• Okta / Auth0
• Microsoft Entra External ID
• Good understanding of:
• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• SAML 2.0
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs.
• Basic understanding of identity lifecycle and customer authentication flows
• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA or relevant degree
