Your work profile.
As an Assistant Manager in the team, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
Auth0 SME will work within a DevOps operating model, supporting CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, and secure integrations with third party services such as Okta Auth0, Akamai EDGE, Azure, Telesign, Duo Circle, social IDP, and other customer applications (web app, single page apps, native apps, and M2M).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Okta Auth0 & Customer Identity Management
- Has obtained Okta's Auth0 Developer Certification and extensive experience supporting customers in Auth0
- Experience working with Okta environments both in public and private cloud setups.
- Troubleshooting skills, incident management, strong communication for user support.
- Experience working in a global support team with a hybrid makeup (managing and triaging across a diverse team composes of staff, vendors, and functional groups).
- Experienced working with Service Now and in ITIL processes.
- Proven experience implementing DevOps practices using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience setting up and implementing zero down time upgrades or changes.
- Experience managing application deployments across sandbox, Dev, UAT, and production environments.
- Understanding of release packaging, versioning, rollback strategies, and change control in regulated enterprise environments.
- Front End Application Development and UI/X within Auth0
- Proficient in Node.js application development for backend services.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and frontend customization.
- General understanding of Java based frameworks used in enterprise environments
- Maintaining custom UI within the Advanced Custom Universal Login (ACUL) in Auth0.
- Maintaining custom UI on top of the Universal Login (UL) screens within Auth0. Ensuring regression after major or minor releases.
- Ability to apply Shell branding and accessibility standards to customer facing UI components.
- Apply custom branding outside of the standard Shell branding.
- Can configure with desired look and feel (color pallet, text, font, logo) within the out of box Universal Login.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization standards:
- OAuth 2.0
- SAML 2.0
- FIDO / MFA concepts
- Solid background in Identity Access & Security (IAS) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM).
- Familiarity with Auth0 log forwarding, event types, and platform limitations (e.g., 30 day log retention).
- Awareness of secure integration patterns across:
- Identity providers
- 1000 Eyes
- API security gateways
- Cloud hosting platforms
- Edge services (Akamai)
Desired qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working in IAM Domain.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well-developed analytical reasoning and
communication skills Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.
- Leadership with confidence and an ability to inspire others - capable of leading and
motivating a team of high calibre individuals into new challenges.
- Acts as a point of reference and can respond to day-to-day direction, financial and operational queries.
- B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- Able to assess impact of decisions and propose reasoned recommendations.
- Proven experience overseeing operational approaches and tools and assessing effectiveness.

- Base location: Bangalore
- This profile requires working from office all 5 days.
