Your work profile
As an Azure AD/EntraID Engineer in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
As a Azure AD/Entra ID Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft Entra ID environments and will ensure seamless integration of identity and access management solutions, enhancing security, and optimizing user experiences. Your role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to understand their IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- You will design, implement, and maintain Azure AD/Entra ID configurations, including user provisioning, group management, and role-based access control.
- You will manage user identities, groups, and permissions across multiple applications and systems.
- You will implement and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, and other security measures to protect user identities and sensitive data.
- You will integrate Azure AD with various on-premises and cloud-based applications using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- You will configure and manage identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
- You will implement role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
- You will monitor and optimize Azure AD performance and security risks.
- You will leverage Azure AD Graph API and Microsoft Graph API to automate identity management processes.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues.
Desired qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4-8 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and hands-on experience with Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Should have strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO).
- Should have good understanding of understanding of security best practices, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Governance, and Access Reviews.
- Should have Proficiency in Azure AD Connect, Azure AD PowerShell, and Azure AD Graph API.
- Should have good experience with Azure AD B2C, Azure AD B2B, and Azure AD Domain Services.
- Should have experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Azure AD features and functionalities, including user provisioning, group management, role-based access control, and identity federation.
Location and way of working
- Base location: PAN India
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.
