Your work profile

• We are looking for an IAM Migration Analyst to support the migration of enterprise applications from CA SiteMinder (agent-based authentication) to Microsoft Entra ID or ForgeRock Access Management (AM). The role involves application discovery, migration analysis, stakeholder coordination, documentation, testing support, and tracking migration activities across multiple application teams.
• Conduct application discovery and gather authentication, authorization, and integration details from application owners.
• Assess existing CA SiteMinder–protected applications, including web agent configurations, authentication methods, and dependencies.
• Document current-state and target-state authentication flows and migration requirements.
• Perform application triage and classify migration complexity based on defined criteria.
• Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure teams, IAM engineers, and business stakeholders to collect required migration inputs.
• Prepare migration assessment documents, onboarding checklists, configuration workbooks, and application inventory.
• Support application onboarding to Microsoft Entra ID or ForgeRock AM by coordinating technical activities and validating prerequisites.
• Track migration progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across assigned applications.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities with application teams.
• Validate migration readiness, test evidence, and sign-off documentation before production deployment.
• Support post-migration verification and hypercare activities.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and migration dashboards

Key skills required: 

• 2–5 years of experience in IAM, application onboarding, or identity migration projects.
• Basic understanding of CA SiteMinder or other enterprise Access Management platforms.
• Good understanding of:
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• SAML 2.0
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• OAuth 2.0
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Active Directory / LDAP
• Experience working with enterprise applications and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID or ForgeRock AM.
• Understanding of ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) concepts.
• Experience supporting application migration or modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP headers, cookies, SSL/TLS, and web authentication concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and web servers (Apache/IIS).
• B.Tech/M.Tech Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant degree
