Your work profile

 

As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

  • Lead regulatory mapping and gap analysis for GDPR, POPIA, PIPL, and other global laws.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level privacy policies, notices, and consent management systems.
  • Oversee data subject rights management processes and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Conduct third-party privacy due diligence and negotiate vendor contracts for compliance.
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation and deliver compliance reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Design and operationalize data lifecycle management frameworks.
  • Implement advanced data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Automate retention schedules and ensure end-to-end data traceability.
  • Lead PIAs and DPIAs for high-risk projects and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain risk registers, remediation plans, and provide executive-level risk reporting.
  • Drive privacy risk governance across business units.
  • Establish and maintain breach notification procedures aligned with global regulations.
  • Integrate with SOC for incident response and forensic investigations.
  • Conduct executive and staff training on escalation and breach response.
  • Develop strategic training programs tailored for different roles and geographies.
  • Launch privacy awareness campaigns and measure effectiveness through KPIs.
  • Lead deployment and optimization of OneTrust privacy management tools.
  • Ensure interoperability with enterprise systems and automate workflows.
  • Drive transition from legacy frameworks to modern privacy platforms.
  • Define and monitor SLAs for implementation, response, and requests.

 

 

Desired qualifications  

  • 5 years of experience in privacy assessment, compliance implementation, and governance.
  • Proven expertise in OneTrust platform implementation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, POPIA, PIPL, CCPA).
  • Experience in privacy risk management, PIAs/DPIAs, and breach response.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT and and OneTrust certifications
  • Experience in privacy tooling integration, workflow automation, and optimization.
  • Exposure to strategic privacy program management.
  • Knowledge of SOC integration for breach response.

 

Location and way of working  

  • Base location: Bangalore
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
