Your work profile
- As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber: you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
- Implement and manage Data Security tools (such as DLP, Data Classification, Digital Rights Management, CASB, Insider Risk Management, SASE, DAM, etc) for clients. Configure, review, and fine-tune DLP use cases, data classification labels, etc.
- Assess clients' Data Security posture, aligning it with their specific environment and business requirements. Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest Data Security technologies and best practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize existing technologies and implement new policies to mitigate data leakage risks.
- Develop roadmaps, operating models, policies/standards, tool designs, and process documentation. Monitor and analyze security incidents involving data breaches and assist in incident remediation.
Key skills required:
- 8+ years of experience Data Security (engineering, operations or implementation)
- B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- Technical certifications in Data Security tools (e.g., Microsoft, ForcePoint, Netskope, Palo Alto) such as DLP, CASB, SASE, DAM, etc
- Experience with Microsoft Purview (O365 DLP, AIP, MIP) or ForcePoint DLP is a must.
