Your work profile

  • We are looking for an experienced IAM Migration Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise identity modernization program involving the migration of applications from CA SiteMinder (agent-based authentication) to Microsoft Entra ID and ForgeRock Access Management (AM) using ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) where required. The role will oversee migration planning, technical governance, application onboarding, stakeholder management, delivery execution, and offshore/onshore coordination while ensuring secure, low-risk migrations with minimal business disruption.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM migration projects from CA SiteMinder to Microsoft Entra ID and/or ForgeRock AM.
  • Define migration strategy, application wave planning, dependency management, and cutover approach.
  • Manage cross-functional teams comprising IAM engineers, architects, automation engineers, QA, and application teams.
  • Drive application discovery, assessment, complexity analysis, and migration prioritization.
  • Establish migration standards, governance, architecture guardrails, and implementation best practices.
  • Oversee onboarding of applications using SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) for legacy application integration.
  • Manage coexistence strategy between SiteMinder and modern IAM platforms during phased migration.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, security, application owners, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Track delivery milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ensure quality through architecture reviews, design approvals, testing governance, and production readiness reviews.
  • Manage vendor coordination, licensing dependencies, and OEM engagement where required.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and reusable migration accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Support production cutovers, hypercare, and transition to operations teams.

 

Key skills required: 

  • 10–15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Proven experience leading large IAM implementation or migration programs.
  • Strong knowledge of CA SiteMinder architecture, Policy Server, Web Agents, and legacy authentication patterns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and/or ForgeRock Access Management.
  • Good understanding of ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG) or similar reverse proxy technologies.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant degree
