Your work profile.
As a manager in the team, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for designing,
developing, and implementing solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing Okta Workforce Identity and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for enterprise workforce IAM.
- Designed and configured SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and access policies for internal users.
- Integrated enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Implemented Okta Adaptive MFA and Entra MFA aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Managed user lifecycle, group-based access, and RBAC models in Okta and Entra.
- Automated application onboarding and access provisioning using Okta Workflows, Okta APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell.
- Built reusable automation frameworks for app integration, group creation, role assignment, and entitlement mapping.
- Enabled self-service application onboarding with approval workflows and policy enforcement.
- Supported hybrid identity environments (AD, Entra Connect, Okta AD integrations).
- Executed migration and coexistence strategies between Okta and Microsoft Entra.
- Troubleshot complex SSO, MFA, provisioning, and federation issues (L2/L3 support).
- Authored automation runbooks, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
Desired qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience working in IAM Domain.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well-developed analytical reasoning and
communication skills Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.
- Leadership with confidence and an ability to inspire others - capable of leading and
motivating a team of high calibre individuals into new challenges.
- Acts as a point of reference and can respond to day-to-day direction, financial and operational queries.
- B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- Able to assess impact of decisions and propose reasoned recommendations.
- Proven experience overseeing operational approaches and tools and assessing effectiveness.

- Base location: PAN India
- This profile requires working from office all 5 days.
