Your work profile

• As Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
• We are looking for an Identity Developer with hands-on Microsoft Entra IGA experience to implement and maintain automated Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) workflows as part of our enterprise Identity Lifecycle Management program.
• Design and implement end-to-end JML workflows in Microsoft Entra ID Governance (onboarding, role changes, offboarding)

• Integrate HR systems (Workday, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) with Entra ID via SCIM/HR-driven provisioning
• Develop custom workflow extensions using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
• Configure Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM as supporting governance controls
• Manage hybrid identity scenarios with Entra Connect / Cloud Sync for on-premises AD integration
• Monitor and troubleshoot workflows using audit logs and Lifecycle Workflow Insights

Key skills required:

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance — Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, PIM
• Strong skills with Microsoft Graph API and REST-based automation
• Experience integrating HR systems with Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting and automation
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC
• SC-300 certification (Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
• Familiarity with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow, Jira) for lifecycle event automation

• B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or master’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field
