Your work profile

1. Strong experience in Project Management within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
2. Experience managing end-to-end technology and business transformation projects.
3. Strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management skills.

3. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
4. Experience in project governance, reporting, and steering committee management.

Experience: 8-12 years

Languages:

• Strong Python or PowerShell/Shell experience.

Technologies: 

1. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
2. Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Hands-on experience with project governance frameworks and reporting dashboards.
4. Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud migration, data transformation, or regulatory compliance programs.
5. Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and release management.

Desired Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
2. Proven experience delivering Banking or Financial Services projects.
3. Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, or Risk & Compliance initiatives.
4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
5. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
6. Experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization.

Any Graduation, B.Tech/B.E, MBA, MCA, BCA
