Your work profile

•  Project Management: To lead and oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• AGILE, Scrum, etc. Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA
• Project Manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members of multiple projects. You will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project and close it efficiently. The Tech PM should be able to technically lead/guide a team of various skilled team members, while contributing individually.
• Data and Automation delivery experience (e.g. Python, Alteryx), driving measurable efficiency and control uplift

Key Skills Required:

• Project Management: To lead and oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Technical Expertise: IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases – plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement including agile methodology.
• Methodologies & Tools: Mastery knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques e.g., AGILE, Scrum, SAFe etc. Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, ADO , SNOW.

Preferred Qualification:

• 10+ years in a corporate IT environment
• Must have 5+ years of experience in Banking, project management and Business Analyst
• Work experience of managing software development team of 10+ members
• Work experience / Certification in AI / Data Science.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
