Your work profile

• As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), development teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile delivery and drive enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives.

Key skills required: 

• 8+ years of overall experience in Agile environments
• Proven experience working as a SAFe Scrum Master
• Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks
• Prior experience in technical roles such as software development or DevOps preferred
• Experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous

Experience:

• 3-9 years

Languages:

• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation.

Technologies:

• Strong understanding of SAFe framework and Agile principles
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and scaled Agile delivery
• Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence
• Knowledge of SDLC and technical project management
• Agile coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities
• Understanding of ETL, Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting fundamentals

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
