Work you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:
We are seeking an experienced Appian Architect to lead the design and implementation of Appian-based solutions as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business processes. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable in the Appian platform, with strong hands-on experience across the full Appian implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and robust Appian solutions.
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery in coordination with offshore teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into Appian solutions.
- Create technical designs using Appian workflow tools, SAIL interfaces, and rule engines.
- Own solution architecture, performance tuning, and best practices for the Appian platform.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to and enhance the Appian Center of Excellence (CoE) by establishing and promoting new development standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution architecture and induction materials.
- Stay up to date with Appian's latest features and recommend adoption where beneficial.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in Appian(Least).
Appian certifications (L1, L2, and L3) – Mandatory
Strong understanding of Appian architecture and all its components.
Proficient in:
Appian SAIL design and development
Business process modeling and process model as a service
Web APIs, Sites, Admin Console, Document Management
Integration Smart Services and third-party integration
Experience in relational databases and strong SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with SOAP/RESTful web services.
Knowledge of Appian AI skills and modern Appian capabilities.
Familiar with latest Appian platform features and able to leverage them effectively.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience contributing to an Appian CoE or creating governance frameworks.
- Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
