Job Title: Senior Pega Technical Architect/PEGA Solution Architect

Experience: 12–16 years

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Pega leader to manage end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions, lead pre-sales activities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have deep Pega expertise (CSSA certified), strong leadership skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale programs. LSA certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Management
  • Oversee Pega project delivery across multiple engagements ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Define solution architecture and guide technical teams on best practices.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Pre-Sales & Solutioning
  • Support sales teams in RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation.
  • Conduct client workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Provide effort estimation and delivery models for new opportunities.
  • Client Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Pega solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive account growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Support Practice Development
  • Mentor and coach Pega architects and developers.
  • Contribute to capability building and adoption of Pega Infinity features.
  • Support innovation and thought leadership within the Pega practice.

Required Skills

  • Pega Certification: CSSA mandatory; LSA is nice-to-have.
  • Strong expertise in Pega PRPC 8.x or higher, frameworks, and integration patterns.
  • Proven experience in delivery management, solution architecture, and pre-sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage large teams and multi-million-dollar programs.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Decisioning, Customer Service, and Marketing frameworks.
  • Experience in contract management and commercial negotiations.
