Your work profile

  1. Strong experience in Project Management/Business Intelligence within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
  2. Experience Power BI Service, Dashboard Development, SQL.
  3. Strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management skills.

 

Key skills required: 

 

  1. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  2. Strong experience in Project Management/Business Intelligence within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
  3. Experience Power BI Service, Dashboard Development, SQL, OLTP, OLAP.
  4. Experience in project governance, reporting, and steering committee management.

 

Experience: 3-10 years

 

Languages:

  • Strong Python or SQL/Shell experience.

  

Technologies: 

  1. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SaaS, or similar platforms.
  2. Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, Software Development Life Cycle and resource allocation.
  3. Hands-on experience with project governance frameworks and reporting dashboards.
  4. Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud migration, data transformation, or regulatory compliance programs.
  5. Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and release management.

 

Desired Qualifications

  1. 3-10 years of experience in Project Management or Power BI.
  2. Proven experience delivering Banking or Financial Services projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  5. Experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization.

 

Education

  • Any Graduation, B.Tech/B.E, MBA, MCA, BCA
