 As a Consultant, Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

Selenium Playwright: Test Automation & Framework Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python) and Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Implement modular, data-driven, and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, TestNG, or Jest/Mocha).
• Automate web, API, and end-to-end workflows to improve test efficiency.
• Develop reusable test libraries, utilities, and CI/CD integration scripts.

Quality Assurance Delivery

• Collaborate with business and development teams to analyze user stories, define acceptance criteria, and identify test automation opportunities.
• Execute automated and manual regression tests as needed; ensure timely defect reporting and resolution.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform testing for web and hybrid applications.
• Support performance and accessibility validation using relevant tools (e.g., Lighthouse, JMeter integration).

Consulting & Client Engagement

• Participate in QA strategy discussions, test planning, and estimation during client engagements.
• Advise clients on automation best practices, framework selection, and test optimization strategies.
• Work within agile delivery frameworks (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban) and participate in ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
• Support test governance, reporting, and metrics dashboards for leadership visibility.

DevOps & Continuous Testing

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Manage version control and branching strategy (Git).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for environment setup and parallel test execution using containers or cloud grids (e.g., Selenium Grid, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java (or Python/C#).
• Proven experience in Playwright automation (JavaScript/TypeScript) for modern web apps.
• Expertise in framework development (hybrid, data-driven, keyword-driven, BDD).
• Experience with test runners: TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, Jest, or PyTest.
• Good understanding of XPath, CSS selectors, DOM, and web debugging tools.
• Proficiency in API automation (REST Assured / Playwright API / Postman).
• Familiar with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Docker concepts.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure Test Plans).
