Seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Automation to lead automation strategy, manage QA teams, and drive automation adoption across projects. The role involves overseeing test automation frameworks, ensuring high test coverage, and aligning QA processes with business and delivery goals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with foundational experience in B2C eCommerce platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce). The candidate will support testing activities across the end-to-end eCommerce lifecycle including product browsing, cart, checkout, payment processing, order management, and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate the end-to-end B2C eCommerce customer journey:
• Product discovery and catalogue
• Cart management
• Checkout flow
• Payment processing
• Order creation and lifecycle
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across eCommerce applications.
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Validate integration between eCommerce platforms and backend systems.
• Assist in testing payment gateway integrations such as Stripe.
• Support testing of CRM integrations with Salesforce, including:
• Customer data synchronization
• Order and case creation
• Customer profile updates
• Verify data consistency between eCommerce systems, CRM (Salesforce), and backend platforms like SAP Hybris.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
• Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and product owners to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA planning activities.

Required Skills

• Understanding of B2C eCommerce workflows.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of API testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM testing concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON responses, and API validations.
• Basic knowledge of payment processing and gateway workflows.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with global stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Orders.
• Experience with Stripe or other payment gateways.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
