Job Summary:

We are seeking a manager to lead solution architecture and delivery across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Platform, SQL, and Power BI. The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure high visual presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee end-to-end solutions using Fabric, Azure, and Power Platform.

• Drive Power BI reporting strategy with a focus on insightful, visually appealing dashboards.

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery and technical growth.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions accordingly.

• Ensure alignment of technology strategy with business goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure (Data Services), Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate.

• Proficiency in SQL – data modeling, querying, and optimization.

• Expertise in Power BI for dashboarding and storytelling.

• Strong sense of visual design and presentation for data.

• Team management, leadership, and solution design experience.
