Manager – Cloud Strategy & Engineering **Experience:** 10–13 years **Role Summary:** Own client relationships and lead large-scale cloud transformation programs. Drive strategic outcomes and ensure delivery excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** Strategic & Advisory • Define cloud strategy and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives. • Lead development of cloud governance models, FinOps frameworks, and operating models. • Drive cloud repatriation analysis and hybrid cloud strategy formulation. • Present strategic recommendations to client leadership and influence decision-making. Technical • Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Oversee modernization strategy including replatforming, refactoring, and containerization. • Lead TCO analysis and ROI modeling for cloud investments. • Evaluate and recommend cloud tools for observability, automation, and cost management. Leadership & Delivery • Manage multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and workstreams. • Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. • Support practice development through reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge sharing. • Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development. Cloud Provider Alignment • Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform; multi-cloud experience preferred. • Experience with cloud security and compliance tooling Certifications • Cloud Solutions Architect (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, Private Cloud) or Any specialty certification (Big Data, Networking, Security, DevOps, FinOps, etc.) Industry Exposure • Proven experience in leading cloud programs in BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing. • Ability to tailor cloud strategy to industry-specific constraints.
