The Team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
Primary responsibilities:
· Design, develop AWS IoT/Cloud-based applications using Typescript, Node.Js
· Work closely with onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams, Product Management, frontend developers, SQA teams to effectively use technologies to build and deliver high quality and on-time delivery
· Proactively Identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle and develop POCs to mitigate the risks early in the program
· Assertive communication and team skills
· This individual be self-directed, highly motivated, and organized with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work on multiple projects and function in a team environment.
· Keep an eye on NFR’s and ensure our product is meeting all required compliances as per Carrier standards.
Experience and Skills Required:
· 6+ years of overall experience in Software domain
· At least 3 years of experience in Cloud native applications
· Solid working knowledge of Typescript, NodeJS
· 1-3 years of experience in AWS Serverless technologies like Lambda, SQS, SNS and Kinesis streams
· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript writing high quality code using TDD, CQ tools.
· 3-5 years of experience in RDBMS and NoSQL datastores.
· 2-8 years of experience in building high TPS, High Availability and low latency distributed systems.
· 1-2 years of experience in Infrastructure as code.
· Self-motivated to solve tough problems collaboratively and ability to work without much supervision.
· Experience in Microservices Architecture
· Good Knowledge on Cloud security & security design control implementation
· Experience in developing APIs [Rest, GraphQL] and MQTT protocols.
Great knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
