Job Description:

Position for ODM/MIS Lead

Key Skills Required :-

             • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any relevant UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Preferably VueJs as a added advantage.

             • Proficient in any of the server-side languages like Java, Python, or Node.js

             • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

             • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

             • Designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket.

             • Good to have a working experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage applications and infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

             • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/Backend/DevOps Engineers (Team size: 5-6 members).

             • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

             • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

             • Responsible for entire software lifecycle from ideation to development, deployment & operations

             • Design & build world class solutions to solve real world problems effectively

             • Continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software & provide incremental value to end customers

             • Work in a collaborative, cross-cultural, value driven teams to deliver innovative customer experiences

             • Explore, adopt & champion the best technologies & practices

             • Develop with scale and speed amidst flux & dynamic environment
