Your work profile

• 6+ years of experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into development User Stories.
• Self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to thoroughly understand existing business processes, system integrations, and dependencies.
• Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and processes to establish trust and credibility with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) and Microsoft Office Applications

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Back Office requirements, document development user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Leverage extensive Calypso Back Office Domain expertise to design and configure tailored Calypso solutions to meet business needs.
• Create detailed current and future state solution documentation, including detailed process flow diagrams, to effectively communicate and secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Calypso Development team to ensure the delivered functionality meets back office business requirements and delivers value.
• Collaborate with the Calypso QA team to develop and execute test cases, ensuring the quality and accuracy of developed functionality.

Key Skills

• Extensive experience in a Calypso BA capacity especially Accounting, involved in Calypso Upgrade projects as well as migrating from legacy applications to the Calypso platform from initiation to completion.
• Experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onwards, ideally with Calypso V17 / v18.
• Experience with the implementation and support of Calypso Modules BO( To setup and customization of Trade/Transfer/Message workflows and Message setup)
• Interaction with other external systems like different front offices (K+, Summit, Sigma and Murex etc)
• Confirmation/Payment gateway/system (SWIFT), confirmation matching and management system (Accord, Tram & CityNet) and Accounting Systems.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Any Degree, B.E./ B.Tech / MCA / MBA / MS / PGDM
