Your Work Profile

 

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in designing scalable, user-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, enterprise platforms, OTT, and automotive products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in user research, interaction design, prototyping, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging product experiences.

 

Key Skills Required

 

  • Design intuitive and user-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, tablet, TV, and automotive platforms.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and market research to identify user needs and business opportunities.

  • Create user personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent design guidelines.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions.

  • Translate business requirements and product objectives into engaging digital experiences and functional design concepts.

  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows, accelerate ideation, and improve design efficiency.

  • Present design concepts, communicate design decisions, and incorporate stakeholder and client feedback.

  • Support the complete product design lifecycle, from research and conceptualization to design validation and implementation.

- 4+ Years

 

Languages

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in business presentation and documentation tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

     

     

Technologies

 

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, wireframing, UI/UX design, and design systems.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma AI, Miro, Jira, and other modern design and collaboration tools.

  • Knowledge of user research, usability testing, information architecture, user personas, user journeys, and interaction design.

  • Experience designing digital products across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, OTT/media, automotive, and mobile/web ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and tools such as Claude and Copilot.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, usability standards, and design-to-development collaboration.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
