As a Senior Consultant/Manager in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll: 

Key skills required

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in JavaScript and modern design patterns.
• Experience with developing test automation frameworks for testing AI/Agentic AI powered systems.
• Framework Architecture: Proven track record of building scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation architectures for testing UI, API, Performance.
•  Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Expert-level debugging skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis across complex distributed systems and implement sustainable code-level fixes.
• Hands-on experience with Java/ Cypress/Playwright, and API/Performance testing tools.
• Agile at Scale: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and experience leading quality initiatives in an enterprise environment.
•  Proven experience as a technical leader, with the ability to influence strategic direction and drive implementation across multiple projects. 

Education 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
