Your Work Profile

As an iOS Developer, you will design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure and high-quality iOS applications. You will collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers, business stakeholders, and other technology teams in an Agile and DevOps environment.

• Develop iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Design reusable and maintainable application components following appropriate architecture and design patterns.
• Integrate REST APIs, JSON, networking frameworks, and third-party SDKs.
• Implement secure communication between mobile applications and backend services.
• Work on application security, API security, and SSL/Certificate Pinning.
• Identify and resolve performance, memory, and application stability issues.
• Write and maintain automated tests.
• Participate in code reviews, Git-based development, CI/CD activities, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Experience Level

Relevant iOS development experience: 3–7 years. The exact level (Developer / Senior Developer) can be aligned based on the candidate’s overall experience, technical depth, and role requirements.

Key Skills Required

iOS Development

• Strong proficiency in Swift.
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI — Must Have.
• Good understanding of UIKit and iOS frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Objective-C.
• Understanding of the iOS application lifecycle and development best practices.

Architecture & Development

• Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Coordinator, Clean Architecture, or Dependency Injection.
• Ability to write modular, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.

API & Networking

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with URLSession or equivalent networking frameworks.
• Understanding of authentication, token management, error handling, and API response handling.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and libraries.
• Experience with CocoaPods and/or Swift Package Manager.

Security — Must Have

• Hands-on experience with iOS application security — Must Have.
• Hands-on experience with API security — Must Have.
• Hands-on experience with SSL/Certificate Pinning — Must Have.
• Understanding of HTTPS/TLS and App Transport Security (ATS).
• Knowledge of Keychain and secure data/token storage.
• Experience addressing security/VAPT findings is preferred.

Performance & Testing

• Understanding of memory management and ARC.
• Experience troubleshooting memory leaks, retain cycles, crashes, and performance issues.
• Familiarity with Instruments and iOS debugging/profiling tools.
• Experience with XCTest and unit testing.
• Knowledge of UI testing is an advantage.

Development Practices

• Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
• Good understanding of Git, branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of modern Swift concurrency such as async/await, Task, Actor, and MainActor is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in iOS application development.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile team.
