Your work profile

The Consultant is responsible for managing specific sub-workstreams within a broader project and ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned modules. The role reports to the team leader and involves hands-on development, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with client requirements.

The role requires strong technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native technologies, and modern application frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate in agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Consultants are expected to deliver innovative, scalable, and cost-effective engineering solutions while ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technology standards.

Key skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, MBA, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development or full-stack engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS
• Experience with Spring Boot / Spring MVC and Java/J2EE development
• Experience in Node.js-based application development
• Strong experience in designing and developing responsive web applications
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Experience with MongoDB and relational databases (RDBMS)
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Knowledge of microservices-based architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in agile delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hybrid mobile application development (Flutter / React Native / Ionic)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments
• Familiarity with domain-driven design and scalable architecture patterns
• Exposure to global delivery and multi-geography teams
