Your work profile

The Program / Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of programs or accounts.

This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Key skills required: 

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Python.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Build and maintain backend services, microservices, and API integrations.
• Develop reusable, clean, and maintainable code following Python best practices.
• Work with databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing database performance.
• Implement API authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and security best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.
• Deploy and support backend applications across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Good experience with Flask and/or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and API design principles.

• Informatica IDMC / IICS
• CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS (Business 360, Customer 360)
• ETL/ELT development, data pipelines, and data modelling
• SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python/Shell)
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Data governance, metadata, and data lineage concepts
• CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices

• 8+ years in Data Engineering / Integration / MDM
• 4–6+ years of hands-on IDMC experience
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale data integration and cloud transformation projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Education Qualification

 B. E , B. Tech , M.E , MTech 

Success Metrics 

• Informatica IDMC or MDM certifications
• Experience in cloud migration programs or hybrid architectures
• Exposure to real-time streaming or event-driven architectures
