Your work profile

The Manager – Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. This role involves hands-on development, architecture contribution, and technical leadership while working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for building robust, secure, and high-performing applications using Java Full Stack technologies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 9–12 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Engineering roles
• Strong experience in React.js for front-end development
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and TypeScript
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend API and microservices development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience in API development, integration, testing, and documentation (REST, Postman, Swagger)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit, or Mocha
• Strong experience with Kubernetes for deployment, scaling, and orchestration
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
• Experience with Docker for containerization and image management
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability scanning tools (SAST/DAST)
• Strong knowledge of databases including RDBMS and NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in agile and fast-paced development environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in enterprise-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability patterns
• Experience working in cloud-native application development environments
• Exposure to modern engineering tools and AI-assisted development workflows
