Your work profile 

• We are looking for a Full Stack Developer – React + Java + Kotlin (8+ years)  

Key skills required:  

• Design and build backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, deployed on AWS and Kubernetes 

• Implement event-driven workflows and real-time pipelines with Apache Kafka 

• Contribute frontend features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript when needed 

• Write secure, well-tested code across backend services and frontend components; participate in code reviews and pair programming 

• Work in a modern Agile environment, delivering customer value with a regular cadence 

• 4-year degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field 

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of delivering production-grade systems 

• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience building production microservices 

• Hands-on Kafka experience: schema management, consumer group coordination, and integration patterns 

• AWS and Kubernetes experience, including managed services such as RDS, S3, EKS, and Lambda 

• Working knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript sufficient to contribute to frontend features 

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases 

• Experience with Git and modern branching/code review practices 

• Familiarity with modern development practices: testing, code reviews, and framework/library usage 

Nice to Have: 

• Exposure to life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments is a plus 

• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to solve engineering problems 

• Experience working across organizational and geographic boundaries 

• Strong communication skills 

• Strong teamwork, self-management, and problem-solving abilities 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
