Your work profile 

• We are seeking an experienced technical lead with good project management skills such as planning, managing delivery to lead and managing end-to-end technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Track project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate technical teams to ensure successful implementation of software applications, infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, security, and organizational standards.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation.
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts across teams to maintain project momentum.
• Drive continuous process improvement and promote best practices in project management.

Key skills required: 

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid projects.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and software engineering concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
