Your Work Profile

We are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Technical Lead with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and containerized deployments.

The role involves designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native environments, while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient application delivery across enterprise systems.

You will work closely with development teams, SREs, and platform engineers to support backend deployments and improve overall system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

• Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure
• Define scalable and secure cloud architecture including compute, storage, IAM, and networking
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud environments

CI/CD & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes
• Improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Implement infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
• Manage version-controlled infrastructure deployments
• Ensure repeatability and consistency across environments

Containerization & Orchestration

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment
• Manage containerized workloads and cluster operations
• Support scaling and orchestration of microservices environments

Backend Deployment Support

• Support deployment of backend services (Java / Python applications)
• Collaborate with development teams for release and integration activities
• Troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues

Monitoring & Reliability

• Ensure system stability, performance, and security
• Support observability, logging, and monitoring practices
• Contribute to incident resolution and root cause analysis

Scripting & Integration

• Use Python and shell scripting for automation and integration tasks
• Support basic testing and validation of deployment workflows

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3–9 years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / Platform Engineering roles
• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience supporting backend application deployments

Essential Skills

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and networking
• Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure services (compute, storage, IAM, networking)
• Experience designing scalable cloud environments

DevOps & Automation
