Your work profile

  • Proficiency in Node.js for backend development and RESTful API design.
  • Proficiency in front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing AWS or Azure including serverless and PaaS services.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures: Kafka, SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ.
  • Exposure to ITSM automation within ServiceNow and Jira.

 

Key skills required: 

  • 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and automation.
  • Node.js for backend development and RESTful API design
  • front-end JavaScript frameworks
  • NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
  • Kafka, SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ.

 

Add-On Advantage: Agentic AI

  • Candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas will stand out as strong fits for emerging AI-powered initiatives within the TEA team:
  • Designing and deploying multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks such as Lang Graph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
  • Integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) into enterprise applications via API orchestration and prompt engineering.
  • Building AI agents are capable of autonomous task execution, tool use, memory management, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
  • Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) for contextual AI responses.
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-integration standards for extending AI capabilities.

 

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
