The Team 

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Role – Senior Consultant

Total experience - 7+ years

Preferred Location – Bengaluru

Education – Bachelor's ldegree

Must have skills - React, Python, SQL, AWS, Javascript, API

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using React and Python.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend components using React and modern JavaScript.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop and optimize SQL database queries and data models.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Backend development experience with Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask preferred).
• Strong experience in API design and development (REST APIs).
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server).
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of application architecture and scalable systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with Docker / containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in microservices-based architecture.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
