Skills/Knowledge 


1. Knowledge in C4C, CPI, BTP and Reportings 


2. Communication skills, able to orchestrate Business and Service providers, 


3. willingness to work in an international located team; 


4. Usage of agile working methods and tools (Scrum, KANBAN, JIRA/Confluence); 


5. Knowledge and experience with interfaces and connectivity between SAP Cloud and on-premise Systems 


6. Fluent in English 


7. Education 


8. Studies in Informatics, Business Administration or similar. 


9. Experience in the domain of B2B CRM processes and SAP based system environement (SAP Sales Cloud (C4C)) 


10. SAP Modules Knowledge (nice to have) 


11. BW Knowledge (nice to have) 


12. SAC Knowledge (nice to have) 


13. C4C Version 2.0 (nice to have)
