- The Role:
- As an SAP Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to help them optimize their operations with SAP. You’ll be at the heart of the action, understanding business needs, designing solutions, and guiding the implementation of SAP systems that make a real difference. Whether you’re focusing on a specific SAP module or working across multiple areas, you’ll get the chance to grow your expertise, collaborate with diverse teams, and be part of a team that delivers solutions with lasting impact.
- What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Clients: You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals. Then, you’ll design SAP solutions that address their needs and help them achieve better efficiency.
- Design & Implement Solutions: You’ll be responsible for configuring SAP systems, from gathering requirements to helping clients go live with their new solutions. You’ll design and configure SAP modules that make their operations smoother and more effective.
- Customization & Configuration: Every client is different, so you’ll customize and configure SAP to meet their specific needs. You’ll make sure the system works in the best way possible for each client while following best practices.
- Work on Projects: You’ll manage parts of the project, ensuring everything stays on track, within budget, and meets the client’s expectations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure the project runs smoothly.
- Train and Support: After the SAP solution is live, you’ll help train users so they can get the most out of the system. You’ll be there to provide support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Keep Improving: We’re always looking for ways to make things better. You’ll identify opportunities for continuous improvement within SAP and help clients get the most value from their systems.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You’ve got at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP, whether that’s through implementations, configuration, or ongoing support.
- Expertise in SAP Modules: You know SAP like the back of your hand. You’ve worked with one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP HCM, etc.). Experience with S/4HANA is a bonus.
- Consulting Experience: You’ve worked directly with clients to understand their needs, designed solutions, and guided them through the implementation process.
- Problem-Solving: You’re great at breaking down complex problems and coming up with practical, effective solutions that make business processes run better.
- Collaboration: You love working as part of a team, whether it's with clients, business users, or other consultants. You’re all about working together to get the job done.
- Communication: You can explain complex SAP concepts in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand, from clients to colleagues.
- Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: While not required, an SAP certification in a relevant module is definitely a plus.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP technologies.
- Knowledge of how different SAP modules integrate with each other.
