Your work profile

 As a Senior Consultant in our Emerging ERP Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Support and development delivery of MS Copilot, MS Power Apps, and Power Automate as per the defined engagement model
• Design, configure, and support MS Copilot solutions integrated with Power Platform workloads
• Optimize automation and Copilot-related code to ensure processes operate at the highest efficiency and performance
• Identify opportunities for reusability of components, including Copilot prompts, flows, and connectors, and update the Object Library accordingly
• Demonstrate proven expertise in process automation and MS Copilot–enabled solutions, delivering quick resolution for complex issues and challenges faced during automation sprints
• Support existing automation and Copilot-enabled processes and manage development and deployment of change requests through a structured change control process
• Develop and support automation and Copilot solutions in alignment with the Technical Design Document (TDD) to meet defined business and technical requirements
• Provide architectural oversight on Power Platform and MS Copilot solution designs to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuity across deliveries
• Comply with and actively enforce design standards, coding guidelines, security policies, and governance procedures for Power Platform and Copilot implementations
• Analyse, understand, and document business processes, Copilot use cases, and automation workflows in detail wherever required
• Create and update PDD, SDD, TDD, Copilot prompt designs, Operating Manuals, UAT Test Cases, and support documentation as required
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during product testing and UAT phases to ensure high-quality Power Platform and Copilot solutions delivered as per SDD and TDD
• Report project status, risks, and issues to management on a regular basis
• Ensure on-time and quality delivery of assigned activities in accordance with defined SLAs
• Participate in automation and MS Copilot delivery performance reviews with internal stakeholders and business teams
• Receive knowledge transfer (KT) for new Automation, MS Copilot, and .NET automation production sprints, providing feedback on design and support documents as part of structured handover to support teams and SLAs
• Work within project planning constraints, proactively communicating identified risks and issues to the delivery/project manager and providing inputs to the change control process

• Chatbots using Power Virtual Agents
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Embedded Microsoft Teams Apps
• Development of Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Triggers, Connectors, Actions), and Copilot integrations
• Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), MS SQL Server
• JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful Web Services
• Web APIs
• HTML / CSS
• PnP PowerShell

Knowledge of the Following Will Be a Plus

• Copilot Studio, Copilot extensibility, and prompt engineering
• Portals using Power Pages
• Power BI
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Azure
• TypeScript, AngularJS, ReactJS
• Understanding of DevOps and ALM practices for Power Platform
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Passion for learning and adopting new AI and automation technologies
• Certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, PL-600 (Copilot-related certifications are a plus)
