The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Project Manager.

Work you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced and result driven Governance Specialist at a Consultant level with a strong background in digital transformation, mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder alignment, governance, and delivery excellence, aligned with Deloitte’s methodologies and client expectations., ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BA with strong experience in Digital transformation. Able to interact with senior stakeholders and co-ordinate delivery across various workstreams and lead a team of BAs. HSBC exp is preferred.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD/framing user stories. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience in Complex and large scale deployment environment 
  • Experience in tools like JIRA and confluence is required 
  • Prior experience working in Agile ways of working. 
  • Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products 

  Should have exposure to digital transformation, mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain. Exposure to mobile journeys/digital transformation in retail banking is mandatory.
