Your work profile

• ERP Delivery & Program Leadership
• Lead delivery of multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs across Finance, SCM, Procurement, Projects, and HCM.
• Ensure program governance, delivery quality, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across engagements.
• Manage large multi-disciplinary onshore/offshore teams across global delivery models.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics to ensure delivery excellence.
• Client & Account Management
• Serve as senior client partner for strategic Oracle accounts.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships (CFO, CIO, CHRO, etc.) across client organizations.
• Identify opportunities for value enhancement, transformation, and managed services expansion.
• Support contract renewals, change management, and commercial negotiations.
• Business Development & Practice Growth
• Lead RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales activities for Oracle Cloud ERP opportunities.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy, solution design, and pricing models.
• Drive thought leadership, including POVs, industry insights, and event participation.
• Mentor and develop future Oracle ERP leaders within the practice.
• People Leadership & Capability Building
• Build, coach, and retain high-performing Oracle ERP teams (functional & technical).
• Drive certification, upskilling, and capability development programs.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture

Key skills required

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP: Finance, SCM, Procurement, Projects, HCM
• ERP Transformation: Large-scale global implementations
• Program Governance: Delivery management, risk and quality frameworks
• Cloud & Integration: Oracle SaaS–PaaS ecosystem, integrations, analytics
• Stakeholder Management: CXO advisory, executive communication
• Business Development: Pre-sales, RFPs, deal shaping, pipeline growth
• Leadership: Team building, mentoring, capability development
• Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, BFSI, Energy, Public Sector (preferred)

• 15–20+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations
• At least 5+ years in leadership / director-level roles
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules
• Proven experience leading large, multi-country ERP transformation programs (> $5M+)
• Experience in Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting environments preferred
• Strong consulting, pre-sales, and client relationship management experience
• Excellent executive communication and strategic thinking skills
