 Your work profile

• Requirements & Blueprinting: Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and author functional design documents
• System Configuration: Configure SAP Ariba core modules including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying & Invoicing, Spend Analysis, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
• Integration: Work with backend systems like SAP S/4HANA or ECC using integration tools such as Commerce Integration Gateway
• Testing & Deployment: Lead unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live support.
• Change Management: Train end-users, create process documentation, and provide post-implementation support.

Key skills required

• 5-8 years of strong experience in SAP Ariba implementation and support across Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Procurement processes, with at least one end-to-end greenfield implementation.
• Expertise in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and process optimization within SAP Ariba.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fieldglass, and other third-party applications using standard integration frameworks.
• Proven ability to conduct client workshops, manage stakeholder communications, support UAT, and lead go-live and hypercare activities in global project environments.
• Immediate joiner preferred with strong consulting, troubleshooting, documentation, and client-facing skills, along with experience in Agile delivery methodologies.

Education: Graduate degree (Science or Engineering)
