Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Testing Professional with strong knowledge of TOSCA automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for functional, regression, and automation testing of Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring high-quality deliverables across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies and test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Lightning components.
  • Design and develop TOSCA automation scripts for Salesforce and related integrations.
  • Maintain and execute regression suites using TOSCA and contribute to continuous test automation improvements.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA leads in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Conduct integration, system, and UAT support testing for Salesforce and its downstream applications.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of overall QA experience with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong knowledge of TOSCA automation tool – test case creation, test data management, execution.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform: Lightning, Classic UI, Apex, Visualforce (reading/debugging).
  • Proficient in writing test scenarios, test cases, and conducting functional and regression testing.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other ALM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of API/Web Services testing (using Postman or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Salesforce or Tosca certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, TOSCA AS1/AS2).

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce integrations with middleware like MuleSoft, Informatica, or other ETL tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in DevOps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Salesforce and/or TOSCA preferred.
