Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.            

 

Your work profile:

 

As a Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant in our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

  • Develop and execute automated performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
  • Assist in setting up test environments and performance test scenarios.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify performance issues.
  • Document test results and support continuous performance improvement.
  • Design and implement automated performance test plans and scripts.
  • Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools.
  • Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues.
  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead the architecture and development of performance testing automation frameworks.
  • Drive performance testing strategy and best practices across projects.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level performance testers.
  • Analyze complex performance issues and collaborate on solutions.
  • Integrate performance testing with DevOps and CI/CD workflows.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 to 9 years experience in performance testing and automation.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
  • Basic scripting skills (Java, Python, or shell scripting).
  • Understanding of performance testing concepts and SDLC.
  • Strong skills in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Shell.
  • Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
  • Strong scripting and programming skills (Java, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with application performance monitoring tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location and way of working:

  • Base location: Bangalore
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
