Job Title:  T&T - Engineering - SFDC - Bangalore - Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Tester with 2–4 years of experience in validating Salesforce applications across various modules and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce CRM applications, along with a good understanding of Salesforce platform features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements, functional and technical specifications of Salesforce implementations.
• Design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications including custom components, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, workflows, and reports.
• Perform manual testing for UI, backend logic, and end-to-end workflows across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Conduct regression and smoke testing after deployments or enhancements.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to report defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Validate data integrity during Salesforce data migration or integration processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect logs.

Required Skills:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps.
• Knowledge of SOQL and basic Salesforce admin concepts is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or any test management tool.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium with TestNG or any Salesforce automation tools like Provar).
• Salesforce certification (Admin or QA Tester) is a plus.
• Exposure to API testing (Postman/SoapUI) and integration testing scenarios.
