Your work profile
As a Consultant in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Support the delivery of HR transformation projects, including process design, employee experience initiatives, and HR technology implementations.
- Conduct research and basic analysis to support client recommendations and development of project deliverables.
- Support assigned HC Advisory workstreams and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to defined quality standards.
- Work closely with senior team members to track progress, flag risks or issues, and support effective project execution.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building activities within the team.
- Build foundational expertise in HR domains and consulting skills through hands-on project exposure and structured learning.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and innovative ways of delivering project scope.
- Participate actively in team problem-solving discussions and contribute ideas to address client challenges.
- Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned work products.
- Actively develop consulting and professional skills through training and day-to-day client interactions.
- Support the execution of day-to-day project plans under guidance from the Deloitte Human Capital leadership team.
Desired qualifications/ certification
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
Key skills required:
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools.
- Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events.
- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes.
- Experience in building functional requirements.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure.
- Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology
