Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, practitioner will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty supportI TDA professional should have

 

  • Design and propose effective WFM solutions using Dayforce components, including organization design, job structure, roles, workflows, and entitlements.
  • Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Dayforce systems.
  • Identify new business opportunities. Understand Deloitte’s and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with other Deloitte’s team members across all practices to serve client needs.
  • Stay up to date with Dayforce updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, and recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Experience in participating and/or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment

 

 

Key skills required: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-8yrs of experience with Dayforce configuration, especially integrations building/testing/deployment
  • Familiar with core payroll processes along with configuration of HR, Payroll, Benefit, Onboarding and Talent modules.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills to lead multiple testing workstreams and stakeholder partnerships in testing.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel; willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs.
  • Dayforce certification is a plus.
