Your work profile

As a Manager in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HR shared‑services transition projects (scope, timeline, budget)
  • Design and implement operating models, governance structures, service catalogues, and SLAs for HR shared services
  • Develop and standardize E2E HR processes (recruitment, payroll, talent management, etc.) for migration to a shared‑services hub
  • Create employee‑centric, persona‑led experience programs and self‑service tools
  • Manage risks, issues, and milestone tracking throughout the engagement
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies, digitization/automation and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives and assist in proposal development, PoV’s etc
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients
  • Provide insights to strategy and support development of solutions
  • Lead program management for allocated engagements including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery
  • Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives – additional responsibilities

 

Key skills required

  • Experience is HR BPM and Shared Services Setup and implementation
  • Practical experience in functional design and implementation HR Technology platforms
  • Complex HR Transformation project/program management experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field.
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
  • Ability to contribute independently as well as manage small teams
  • Direct and hands-on experience in developing proposals, presentations, deliverables and customer service management
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events
  • Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes.
  • Experience in building functional requirements
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure
  • Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology
