Your work profile

As a Manager in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

  • Lead end to end delivery of complex HR transformation programs, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Design and operate program governance structures (steering committees, reporting dashboards, decision making frameworks) to ensure transparent oversight
  • Define and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies across complex transformation initiatives
  • Develop integrated change management strategies that combine communication plans, stakeholder engagement, training road maps, and adoption metrics.
  • Conduct impact analysis and readiness assessments to identify organizational gaps and tailor change interventions accordingly
  • Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews to surface insights, co create solutions, and secure buy in
  • Manage program level risk and issue registers, define mitigation actions, and coordinate timely escalations
  • Define and track benefits realization KPIs and report progress
  • Coordinate cross functional workstreams including technology, advisory, vendors (if any) etc. to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Maintain responsibility for quality, consistency, and completeness of deliverables across program streams
  • Lead business development initiatives: contribute to proposals, develop point of view (PoV) assets, and articulate Deloitte’s program and change expertise
  • Mentor team members fostering a collaborative culture
  • Contribute to practice building through thought leadership pieces, supporting internal knowledge sharing platforms, and shaping service line offerings
  • Stay current on emerging HR trends, change management methodologies, and regulatory developments to provide forward looking advisory insights

 

Key skills required

  • Practical experience in Programme Delivery, Transition and change management in HR Transformation projects
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field.
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
  • Ability to contribute independently as well as manage small teams
  • Direct and hands-on experience in developing proposals, presentations, deliverables and customer service management
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events
  • Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes
  • Experience in building functional requirements
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure
  • Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology
