Key skills required

 

  • Incumbent must have end to end implementation experience and certified in ORC module with at least 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Must have hands on experiences in the module and good understanding on industry trends/ best practices/ new features.
  • Understanding business requirements, must be able to map them to product features and convert into system configurations in Oracle HCM.
  • Design, build and configure the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module to align with the organization's recruiting & onboarding processes and requirements.
  • Must have experience working on all phases of the project – client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.
  • Design, implement, and maintain recruiting processes, including job requisitions, candidate screening & management, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, and recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  • Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles.

  • Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business or other relevant field.
