Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Oracle HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Benefits Module to meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to define benefits processes and workflows.
- Provide expertise in benefits plan setup, eligibility, open enrollment, life events, and benefits reporting.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives within the benefits module.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to benefits setup and operation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational benefits policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and external consultants as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, test cases, and process flows.
Desired qualifications/ certification
- 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Benefits Module.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion certifications related to HCM are a plus.

- Strong understanding of benefits administration, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with other HR modules like Compensation, Talent Management.
- Knowledge of integration with third-party benefits providers.
